   Some clients want to be involved in only certain aspects of their accounting process while others  prefer to let us take Full charge and do it all.    

  • We provide a check list of what documents we need and for what time period.  We assign  a time frame for the accounting periods.  ie:  Weekly,  Monthly,  Quarterly, Semi Yearly, or once a Year.  
  • We set up a schedule of all your tax filings and payment due dates with reminders so that you are not late.  
  • If we are doing full charge there is no charge for software. 
  • We encourage that we get together and have a financial review at least once before each year end.  During our financial review we will alert you to any trends in your financial records that you should be aware.   Or problems that other Orillia County of Simcoe Businesses have,  or those in your industry maybe addressing.
