Two software Quick Books or Simply for you to choose from .  Desktop from your own computer or  Online  from the cloud.  The online advantage is that everything is stored in the cloud - so should you have a computer failure it will not affect your company data file - However there is a monthly fee .   The desktop version is a one time fee but expires in a year.  If you do not need the payroll updating is  not something you need to do.
